Professional Valkyrie

Stay At Home Mom? Professional Valkyrie.

So how does a squishy stay at home mom become a Professional Valkyrie?

Honestly? A lot of trauma that I finally figured out how to use as fuel to achieve my goals. But that's a rabbit hole for another day.

I've spent my entire life with my nose in a book, chasing the underdog through their story, cheering on the lost and forgotten warrior, and the Queen who changed the world. My childhood was rather rough around the edges, and it was my escape into these fantasy realms that allowed me to survive. I never liked the stories where the princess had to wait to be rescued by the perfect person. I hated them, because where were her parents? Where was her fight? Why wasn't she clawing his eyes out, or taking a sword to that dragon herself?

When I wasn't chasing another fantasy kingdom, I was obsessing over Historical time periods and their heroines. That's where I found my baddies. That's where I found the real life Warrior Queens I would spend my life looking up to and idealizing. Boudicca, Joan of Arc, Zenobia, Brunhilde, and countless others. And then the ancient myths took me by the throat, and that's an obsession that still has me in a choke hold. Freya of the Vanir, Skadi of Jotunheim, Hathor and Isis of Ancient Egypt, Athena, Diana, and Persephone of the Greeks. I can literally go on forever. I'm forever obsessed.

It took the forge of that rough childhood and the hammer of Motherhood to convince me I was made to be sharpened steel. A lifetime of self loathing and obstacles meant to tear me down have turned me into a disciplined and self determined warrior, hell bent on living my best life as the Main Character of my own story.

At different points in my life carrying that helm has meant different things. Sometimes it has meant being soft and vulnerable and open, and other times it has required me to hold my shield firmly in place, sword at the ready. It's taken a long time for me to learn these lessons, but now I'm here, and I'm ready to share what I've figured out.

You can be your own hero. You can be the one who rescues yourself. There is no need to wait for a handsome prince, no need to depend on anyone else to save you- because you are strong enough, capable enough, and important enough to do that work for yourself.

I've taken inspiration from my favorite fantasy and ancient history to influence my training and fuel my determination to go from soft squishy stay at home mom, to fierce and unstoppable Warrior. I cannot wait to work with you and support you to become the Warrior you've always dreamed of being.

My
Mission

Why I do what I do

What Drives Me

My goal is to empower people to feel safe and strong in their own bodies.

My job is to help you feel confident and capable in your body, comfortable in your own skin, and empowered to pursue your best self today, as the current you, not as a far off or distant future self.

I will never ask a client to weigh themselves. I will never tell a client their goal is to lose a certain number of lbs every week or month. I will always support my clients healthy goals, encourage them to push when they need to push and step back when they need to step back, eat when they are hungry and enjoy their daily routines and curated healthy habits. The objective is not to force exercise to reach a certain body, but to exercise for the enjoyment of doing so, to feel strong, badass, and incredible in their body every single day.

You deserve it.
