Who Wants to be a Guinea Pig?

Mia Garlock

No but this is a legit question.

Who wants to be one?

Because I'm currently building out two programs, each with different goals.

First- a beginner Mace program, because I've been training it for over a year and having tons of fun with it. My back and shoulders are so strong, and I'm finally comfortable enough with it that I feel like I can build a good intro to Mace program that isn't boring. I've tried a few of them, and they're so monotonous, it made it even harder to push through the harder days. I've been working on my program for a while now, and I think I've got it ready to try out!

I want 4 Guinea Pigs to test out my 8 week Intro to Mace program.

Second- as a woman with a bigger bust line than many, I've been rocking G-J's for the last 8 years- and I'm tired of my body hurting because I have tig ol biddies.

For years I've struggled with various forms of back pain, from lumbar to my upper back and neck and even my ribs aching from wearing bras that were supposed to support me, but didn't quite do the job without causing me extreme discomfort.

The reality of being a bigger busted person though is that we end up putting too much faith in an addition to our person, rather than doing what we can to physically support ourselves. And having a bigger bust means we need to have strong backs, chests and cores to help carry our mountainous mammaries.

I want 4 guinea pigs for my MM (Mountainous Mammaries) Support Program, which will be 12 weeks long.

The purpose and main focus behind my MM Support Program is to help alleviate stress and discomfort that is often accompanied with having a larger breast size/bust. Them things is heavy, and between bad posture and weak muscles it's no wonder our bodies ache from under wire and too tight bands trying to hold these things up all the time.

So rather than put all our faith in some flimsy fabrics and underwire, I say we take control of the situation and work on strengthening the muscles that help us carry these Mountainous Mammaries around every day. Maybe, just maybe, we gain a bit more confidence and lose a bit of discomfort along the way too.

I want to add this Very Real & Honest disclaimer though- there is NO miracle cure for what the media deems sagging or drooping breasts. The Cooper Ligaments in your breast tissue are responsible for bearing the weight of breast tissue being pulled down due to weight gain or breast feeding, and do not recover/recuperate from being stretched out. Breast tissue is made up largely of fatty tissues, and working out can cause loss of some of that fatty tissue. Building the muscles in the chest and back can give the appearance of a "perkier" set, but it's honestly more likely to be better posture and larger muscles contributing to that vs your yiddies actually changing shape/revolting against gravity.

Let me know if you guys are interested in either of these Testing Opportunities!
