My Glutes, My Traps, My Triceps and My Lats
If you sang that to the tune of "my neck, my back," you're on my wavelength.
I've been fine tuning the upper body Boobie Support workout, while still tackling my glute goals, so my entire fucking body is sore 99% of the time.
I'm okay with it though. I lost muscle through my lack of consistency over summer while I was scrambling to pull my life back together, my nutrition tanked and so did my routines and workouts for a couple months. So now that I'm back in the swing of it and really nailing down what my routines will be now that I'm also working a day job, I'm loving the burn.
I didn't record anything, but here's some photos from yesterday's workout.

Anyway, I have minutes before work, so I'm off to do that.
